Targeted changes to sleep, movement, alcohol and caffeine, chosen for the symptoms that bother you most.
Option 02
Cognitive behavioural therapy
CBT has solid evidence for hot flushes, night sweats and sleep disruption, on its own or alongside other treatments.
Option 03
Non-hormonal prescription medication
Specific medicines (such as SSRIs or gabapentin) can ease vasomotor symptoms when HRT isn't suitable or wanted.
